Doja Cat brought her elaborate, sensorial tour to Europe on a ten-country trek supported by a reliable and powerful Cohesion PA. From Norway to the Netherlands, her alluring set list and fiery production brought out enthusiastic, packed crowds every night.
The selected PA for Doja Cat’s European tour needed not only to have the consistency and quality necessary to back the Grammy Award-winning rapper and singer’s full history of chart-topping songs, but it also needed to have superior handling for ease in rigging and efficiency in trucking to minimize freight costs. Low end was noted as especially significant for the artist’s musical style.
The Cohesion system went “old school,” according to Production Manager Aaron Draude, and placed all 24 CP218 II+ subwoofers on the ground, twelve per side. The result was substantial low end that paired perfectly with Doja Cat’s sultry, energetic sets. The PA, comprised of sixteen CO12 in the mains and another sixteen CO10 as side hangs, as well as six more CO10 for front fill, was easy to fly, strike, and pack in a single truck across the European continent.

Whether supporters had to withstand a driving rainstorm, as they did in Manchester, England, or they were in danger of spiking the dB limit, as the Parisians threatened, each arena stop in Europe brought out the best in fans and in Doja Cat’s stunning audiovisual performances, backed by the industry-defining power and coverage of Cohesion.
“Cohesion was super consistent throughout the venues. The tone and clarity of the PA, no matter where we were, were very consistent from zone to zone. The low end was punchy, clear, solid, rumbling: everything you’d want from a sub. I was super happy every night with the mix that came out of the speakers.”
